Nelly, now Doggie

We adopted our amazing 2-year-old Formosan Mountain Dog, Doggie, through Life of Hope Foundation in October 2023, and it has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Doggie is the greatest dog I have ever known—she’s full of love, personality, and joy, and she makes every single day brighter.

Life of Hope made the entire adoption process seamless and supportive. We started by fostering Doggie to make sure she was the right fit, but we quickly “failed” our foster because we fell completely in love with her. Everyone at Life of Hope was incredible—always responsive, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process.

We are endlessly grateful to Life of Hope Foundation for bringing Doggie into our lives and for the wonderful work they do to give so many deserving dogs a second chance at happiness.
