Lilly, now Luna

Let me start off by saying how amazing working with Life of Hope Foundation has been for me. I adopted Lily, now Luna on December 27th, 2020. I spent a long time looking for a dog and was set on rescuing one. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Life of Hope Foundation. I was in contact with multiple rescue organizations, and Anita from Life of Hope always responded promptly. Anita truly cares about all the dogs that are adopted out. She still keeps in contact to check in on how Luna is doing now. She let me know how shy and scared Luna could be around people and sounds, but now, just 6 months later, Luna has already shown a lot of improvement in her confidence. She relaxes at home and does well on hikes as long as there aren’t too many people. Whenever she gets zoomies she loves to dig, and when we are at home she loves to cuddle. As cheesey as it sounds, Luna and I are two peas in a pod. I tend to get anxious at times so we help calm each other down. I’m so thankful towards Anita and Life of Hope Foundation for pairing us together.
