Ellie

Ellie

After my beloved dog of 11 years died, I was looking for a new member to join the family. When I saw Ellie’s rescue listing, she called to me. Ellie was found by Ivy badly injured and living in a countryside field caring for her six puppies. Ivy took Ellie in, and got her the medical care she so desperately needed. I’m so grateful she did! Ellie is a wonderful, quirky dog! She does little flips of joy when it’s time to go out. She’s active and joyful when out running the trails, and calm and quiet while serving as a therapy dog in my psychotherapy practice. She’s a great companion to my two other dogs as well. Ellie arrived from Taiwan spayed with all her shots, fully housebroken, and trained in basic commands. She even came with a harness, leash, and a cute little doggie coat! It could not have been an easier process, and Ivy was always ready to answer any questions I had about her. Even better, Ivy is now a lifelong friend. I highly recommend adopting a dog from Ivy’s rescue (Life of Hope Foundation)!
