Selina, Hebe, & Ella (named after a very popular girl band SHE in Taiwan) are three litter mates that were found wondering in a very popular tourist spot in southern Taiwan – Kenting. The rescuer was surfing nearby and saw a dog lying in a corner with 3 little puppies running around. On close inspection, the dog mom had already passed away. The puppies were very skinny and weak, and did not know their mom had passed. They were only 2-3 months old and had zero chance of surviving on their own. The rescuer and friends decided to take these 3 girls back to Taichung. These poor girls were covered in fleas and ticks, but luckily, the blood tests showed that they are completely healthy and have no side effects from the fleas and ticks.
Selina, Hebe and Ella are very active and fun loving. They are all very similar and expressive! They bark to get your attention or if they need something such as needing to do their business or being hungry. However, they do not bark excessively. They are all adjusted well with no separation anxiety. It’s quite simple to care for them because they would tell you what they want and need.
The girls are very friendly and love people. They like to be sitting or lying next to people. They are not afraid of strangers. However, if a new person all of a sudden reaches out to hold them, they would avoid such behaviors (which is understandable). If you want to meet them and get to know them, kneeling down to their heights would make the whole process less threatening to them and they would approach you right away.
Selina, Hebe & Ella LOVE food, and love to play in the park. If they see other dog owners bring the food or treats out, they tend to insert themselves in the middle of that! It’s quite a hilarious scene.
Selina, Hebe & Ella love to play with other dogs and are friendly with cats. They know how to use pee pads in the house or use the outdoor space to do their business. Overall, they are easy dogs to care for and no drama.
