Harper was abandoned in a banana garden up in the mountains. The owner of the banana garden saw this small puppy running around in his banana garden and was afraid that the puppy will destroy all that he had planted. He then used a stick to evict Harper out and she started wondering around the mountains. Although Harper had been frightened by the garden owner, she still had very high trust for people and was very friendly to them. Someone who lived in the mountains called the rescuers and asked them to help Harper. When the rescuer arrived on the scene, Harper was so happy that she took the initiative to jump into the rescuer’s car and started kissing and cuddling the rescuer! It was as if she knew she had been rescued right away!
Harper was then taken to the hospital for blood test, deworming and etc., fortunately, she is very healthy! Harper loves to play with toys and balls. She is an expert at it! She loves playing with toys which make sounds and does not destroy them. When at home, Harper would be happy playing toys by herself or just sleeping comfortably. Her foster family compliments very highly to Harper’s performances.
Harper also likes hiking. We believe Harper would be perfect for families that enjoy outdoor activities.
