Cora’s rescuer was asked to help a litter of 8 puppies spotted in a field with no shelter, food or water. As the rescuer had too many dogs in her care then, she first asked the lady who spotted the litter to help post photos and videos on relevant Facebook pages for possible domestic adopters or foster homes. Unfortunately, due to a lack of experience, the lady sent away 2 pups recklessly, which almost cost one of the pups his life. Cora’s brother, Cade, came back heavily wounded with burns over 80% of his body and was hospitalized in the PET ICU for almost 2 months. The rescuer was devastated but she stood up and took in all the puppies. Truly overwhelmed by the story, we reached out to the rescuer, hoping to help find the puppies their loving homes.
Meet Cora! Cora is a happy-go-lucky tiny cutie. She gets along well with all living things, be it adults, kids, dogs or cats. She’s particularly suitable for a home with another dog as she’s grown up with her siblings. Cora is very tiny but it’s impossible to not notice her in the group as she always runs around to her heart’s content to draw her human’s attention. At the sight of snacks, she calms down and sits nicely and quickly, waiting for her turn to have a bite. Cora’s crate-trained and housebroken, potty trained both on pee pads and outside.
If you’re looking for a super duper snuggle bug, Cora is the one.
