Colin’s rescuer was asked to help a litter of 8 puppies spotted in a field with no shelter, food or water. As the rescuer had too many dogs in her care then, she first asked the lady who spotted the litter to help post photos and videos on relevant Facebook pages for possible domestic adopters or foster homes. Unfortunately, due to a lack of experience, the lady sent away 2 pups recklessly, which almost cost one of the pups his life. Colin’s brother, Cade, came back heavily wounded with burns over 80% of his body and was hospitalized in the PET ICU for almost 2 months. The rescuer was devastated but she stood up and took in all the puppies. Truly overwhelmed by the story, we reached out to the rescuer, hoping to help find the puppies their loving homes.
Colin is a sweet and curious young pup. When moving into a new environment, he tends to observe the environment first and responds accordingly. He’s particularly suitable for a family with dogs. He’s very cuddly and affectionate toward familiar faces. Colin’s crate-trained and housebroken, potty trained both on pee pads and outside. His favorite pastime is sitting and waiting nicely for treats, hanging out with his doggie pals in the park and daily walks. Little Colin is now looking for a loving home and for a place to grow up safely.
